Ghislain Rhéaume – President

Ghislain has more than 30 years experience in the accounts receivable and bad debt recoveries industry.  He is known for his leadership skills as well as for meeting high performance objectives while providing above average quality service.

Before joining Groupe Solution Collect, Ghislain was co-owner of Groupe ARO. He held the position of president for the accounts receivable, recovery team and the IT division from 1999 to 2005. During his six years with ARO, the company grew $1.1M to $15M in revenue and from a 27-seat local center to a national centre employing  over 300. Before ARO, Ghislain held the position of vice president of the Quebec city branch of FCA now known as NCO. Ghislain ran an office of 120 agents, consistently exceeding objectives with record results.

Ghislain holds a degree in business administration.

Andre Pitoscia – Co-founder

Andre Pitoscia has more than 25 years experience in the collection industry from 3rd party collection services to customer care outsourcing programs. Prior to his arrival   with Group Solution Collect, Andre’s last challenge was with iQor Inc (Montreal ), a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, employing nearly 14,000 people in  North America, Europe and Asia. He joined  iQor in 2004 as Director of the  Montreal centre.   His challenge and mandate  was to rebuild,  grow the 70 seats center and get rid of the center’s old school  3rd party “collection agency image “ .

In 2006 Andre was promoted to VP Operation for Eastern Canada he took on the challenge of introducing outsourcing programs to the centre into outsourcing programs, servicing most of Canada’s largest telecommunication providers and financial institutions. The Montreal centre went through a large transformation and expansion process from $5Mdollars to over $10M in revenue  in one year alone.

At the end of 2007, Andre was promoted to Senior Vice President of Eastern Canada and  was awarded “iQor World Centre of Excellence “award.  The following 2 years, the Montreal centre continued its transformation  from a 7000 square foot, 70 seats collection agency  to a state of the art  two floor 22 5000 square foot business process outsourcing centre totaling more than 350 agents, 3 vice presidents as direct report, and over $15M dollars annual revenue.

Prior to iQor , Andre held positions of increasing responsibility at Total Credit Recovery, culminating in his promotion to Centre Director.  Andre’s mandate was to grow the centre and to greatly increase it’s revenue. Over three years, the centre doubled its revenue and became one of Montreal’s top performing collection agencies.

Since 2000, Andre has been instrumental in changing the unfavourable image of the collection agencies. He has accomplished this by developing innovative training programs and implementing compliance processes  as well as motivating staff into top performing modern call centres.
